Nothing will ever be the same again.

For many years I’ve kept this clay ball in a box. Time has revealed its vulnerability. With such care I held the ball together without trying to cover up the injury, because that was the moment when I knew nothing would even be the same again.... the injury is now part of the clay ball no matter how strongly I hold it in my hand.
