This image of a rock reminds me of the way Gaza has been reduced to rubble. Rocks are also strong and hard. This symbolizes the resilience of the people of Gaza, who despite all the horror, refuse to give up on life and each other. I've used this same image for the birth card of my son. The trauma and death inflicted upon the children of Gaza is something that moves me beyond words.
