Hanne Lamon is a conceptual photographer based in Ghent, Belgium.

In general, photography has been a way for Lamon to capture everyday life. Intimacy is a recurring theme reflected in her work.

“This image is part of a diary series created during the corona crisis. Also during this lockdown the act of photography helps Hanne Lamon in the search for a moment of stillness. A stillness in which there is sometimes peace, but which is often accompanied by a certain tension. Hanne uses her perception as a metaphor to capture personal and contradictory feelings.”
