She cherishes the mundane events in life, aiming to uncover people’s universal aspirations, regardless of the circumstances they are in.
‘A Romanian legislative proposal in 2011 jeopardizes the lives of three million stray dogs. A previous proposal ran aground on national and international outrage. Opponents of the proposed measure argue that neutering is not only more ethical, but also more efficient. Following the first proposal, I travelled to Romania to make a documentary about everyday life in a dog shelter. This series helped me overcome my fear of dogs’
